D: not sure - I'll grab something at Wegman's when I shop tonight

LOTS of water and a decaf iced latte with skim milk and splenda.

Hey all - here is my plan for today - I'm 1+ yrs out

B: Sausage & egg mini-quiche; 1/2 arnold ww bakery round
S: Banana
L: Lite turkey & ham w/cheese on arnold bakery round; sf pudding
S: Stringcheese stick; apple
D: Chicken orzo soup
S: ???

Ok, here it goes. Over 4 years out and 8 months preggo.

B: Sheetz coffee and a scrambled egg
S: left over cold chicken breasts cut up
L: probably soup from subway. forgot to bring lunch
S: more chicken breast chunks....LOL
D: On the fly cause I am heading to support group so I have NO idea!

Hello everyone! I am 3 weeks out.

B: 4 oz Cinnamon Roll Protein shake
S: 8 oz SF Carnation
L: 2 oz low fat corned beef hash(pureed and not pretty to look at) and 1 poached egg
S: 8 oz SF Carnation
D: 4 oz leftover pureed beef stew

I am still having a hard time getting all of my fluid in and all of my chewable vitamins taste absolutely disgusting to me but I am choking them down! I ordered upcal calcium in powder form to atleast take the calcium chewables out of the mix for a while. I liked all the vitamins pre-op, of course!
