HI Everyone,

Yeah it is Friday!! One day closer to my two week check and then onto the pureed diet. I just wanted to thank everyone for their protein advice yesterday, I bought some flavorless protein powder and it is great....can't taste it at all. No problems getting protein in from now on. I just wish I had not spent $80 on protein powders to get me to one with no flavor!! Oh well!
Not too much on tap today. I just got back from the gym. My third one hour workout of the week! I can't tell you the last time I spent three hours in one week at the gym....maybe never??
I am heading into my favorite coffee shop in Doylestown to do some work and then I am going to walk the half mile to the kids bus stop this afternoon. Hopefully, after dinner we can take the dogs up to Lake Galena and get some more walking in.

TGIF!!!! This morning I worked 7-11... so  far so good with the work stuff. They are being tame about assigning stuff to me, at least for now.  Hopefully it will continue like that next week while  I still work 1/2 days.   Right now, I am just relaxing for a bit.   I want to go out and take a walk in a little bit.  I've heard that it might rain, so I want to get out before that happens.  

After school, Siehara has dance and then off to the mall?  Not sure if that will be the plan.  We do need to get 2 birthday gifts, so I may need to force her to shop somewhere.  The last few weeks, she has not wanted to go there, so we'll see.    Monsters  vs. Aliens opens today so maybe we'll head there.  That looks like a cool movie.  

I may or may not check in over the weekend, so here's a quick run down.

Saturday-synagogue in the morning..possibly shop for birthday presents for her friends if we don't go tonight.

Sunday-Siehara has  2  birthday parties back to back. They are near each other and near Target and Wegman's.. I guess I will end up between Target and Wegman's during these parties because they are really not long enough or close enough to my house to go home in between.

TGIF...I am at work, just ate some yogurt and some grapefruit.  Kids had school till noon, and we have parent conferences from 1:00 to 3:15.  Then, I run to an appointment and then home to crash.

Nothing exciting.
