Good Morning all!

I am 2+ years out and here is the plan

B: turkey bacon, egg and cheese on multi grain english muffin
S; cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread
S: s/f cherry jello
D: shrimp left over from last night
S: dunno... the cupboards are looking a bit barren lol

Hi Liz - here's my plan for the day...

B: Breakfast casserole; 1/2 lite english muffin
S: Banana
L: Going out - not sure what I'm having yet
S: SF pudding
D: Baked chicken parm; angel hair pasta

S:  2 oz milk, 4 oz almond milk, s/f-decaf vanilla cafe
L:  Veggie Burger, tzaziki (2 T)
S:  2 oz milk, 4 oz almond milk, s/f-decaf suisse mocha
D:  Salad, Ricotta meatball cups (Thanks Eggface!0
S:  Atkins Endulge bar

B: PB&J sandwich (NSA PB and SF Jelly)
S: SF pudding
L: Part of a Bacon cheese Burger sub (my splurge! for the day!)
S: NSA peaches
D: Parm Crusted Tilapia and Broccoli
S: banana
