Thanks everyone for the kind words.  I needed to see the pics side by side because it's hard to see it in the mirror.  I definitely feel it in my clothes!! WOO HOO!! 

I also printed some of the pics that I have been posting and have created a little brag book of progress that I will continue to update as I go so I (and others) can see where I've been and how far I've come!  The trainer at the gym will be doing my "official" measurements on Tuesday so I will have that, as well as the measurements I have been taking of myself.  I am going to measure myself at home on Tuesday to see if I come up with the same numbers that way I know if I am doing it right.
