Wh am I not loosing weight
You do need to get protein, and it's great you're aware of that... but most protein bars are not a good long-term protein source. Too much extra crap thrown in there to make it taste like a candy bar.
Protein has 4 calories per gram.
Look at your protein bars to se how many grams of protein are in it. Multiply that number by 4. That's the protein calories in your bar.
Every other calorie in that bar is carbs and fat. You'll find it's a surprisingly high number.
I recommend the Body Fortress protein powder at Wal-Mart. It's cheap, it's a good protein source, and it tastes pretty good mixed with skim milk.

I hate to tell you this but workouts like the ones at Curves where it is the same thing all the time... well your body after a month gets used to the workout and stops. Even if you have had WLS... you need to be able to change the weights, the tempo etc... can't do that with Curves...
I would do some kind of other workout at home and change up your eating as well...
