Sticking to the Basics - Thursday
Hey everybody, here's my plan for the day:
B - 1% cottage cheese with yogurt & sliced almonds
S - Decaf Coffee with non-dairy creamer
L - Salad w/ griled chicken, 1% cottage cheese & sliced almonds
S - muscle Milk banana flavor
D - Who knows?
E - will either walk a few miles or ride my bike for a few miles...IDK yet.
