Wednesday Excercise
I am back to the gym after a 2 week break due to the whole food poisioning thing.
Monday I did 35 minutes on the treadmill (30 min @ 6MPH then cool down. stats = 35 min, 571 cal, 3.36 miles, 240 ft climbed, 5.77 mpg avg, 10:23 min/mile avg).
Tuesday I did weight lifting (legs)
Wednesday I did 35 minutes on the treadmill (30 min @ 6MPH then cool down. stats = 35 min, 563 cal, 3.31 miles, 237 ft climbed, 5.68 mpg avg, 10:33 min/mile avg).
Taking is easy getting back into the swing of things....
