lol so that was bad! It needs to sit 4-8 hours so I'll make it ahead - CAN'T WAIT!! LOVE FLAN!!

you are too rural for Hogar Crea to come there. I swear when I lived in the house, they knocked on my door every other day selling flan, garbage bags, hoagies.

Liz --I swear one of this days this summer I will be there!!! But this Sat is a no go as we have to take youngest stepdaughter to Grandparents in ELKLAND, Pa....uggggg seriously rural ---up there near new york border....

But I will be thinking of ya'll!!! Post lotsa of recipes so I can give em to the hubby to make!!! Thanks!!!
