Thursday's Sticking to the Basics

Good Morning ladies - what's on your menu today?

Here's the rough plan

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheddar and an apple
L: broccoli cheese quesadillas (on whole grain tortilla)
S: s/f pudding
D: not sure - maybe a taco salad - depends how I feel when I get home -  Idon't have morning sickness - I have dinnertime sickness!
S: not sure here either maybe fage and peaches

Oh and I also have watermelon with me for some time during the day, probably right after lunch.

Ah, the eating plan...well, here goes:

B: Breakfast casserole
S: Banana
L: Salad or something (I think I'm going out)
S: Lo-fat cottage cheese
D: Crabby fries and beer (don't shoot me!!)
E: Bending my elbow

I've never had a crabby fry - but I have also never met a fry I didn't like - what is it??? no shooting here, we all deserve an indulgence once in a while!

They're small crinkle cut fries that are fried crispy then doused with Old Bay seasoning - and then to make matters even worse (or better, depending on your point of view) they give you these little cups of white cheese sauce that you dip them in - I swear they put something in the Old Bay that makes it addictive!! Every other fry I have tried since surgery gives me foamies but not these babies, and since I only get up there a few times a year I will indulge and enjoy. And basically there is nothing on that menu that is WLS friendly, but like you said, we all need an indulgence once in a while and I know I'll be very active this weekend and hopefully work off what I do eat. and drink.

Good morning all.  Here is my plan for the day, but it doesnt include dinner.  When I work out after work (which I will be doing today) I usually just have a shake for dinner.
