Jo's Before and After Post
I didn't get a chance to get online last night, so this morning......WOW! I can't believe the transformations of everyone. Instead of posting individually, I will post once about the pics. And I hope I didn't forget anyone.....there were so many responses!
Mel...I can see from your after that you have so much more confidence than the before pic. You just look like you are standing taller and prouder!
Liz...always full of smiles. In both pics you are grinning from ear to ear, but what a "happier" face in the after!
Kathy...it's just amazing what a difference there is. You look so lovely and happy.
Greg...I would NEVER have been able to connect the before and after pics with you. So many of us "still have the same face", but you look completely different and wonderful!
Beth...Those pics just amaze me. I never saw any pics of you till the wedding ones, and then to see the before....WOW.....Hot momma!

WOW! I have tears in my eyes after seeing all these. You all look AMAZING!! I can't believe how well this tool works! I can't believe how different everyone looks in these pics.

I made the mistake of not taking any official before pics because I could not even stomach the thought of having my pic taken but I have recently found some that my husband took in the fall....made me want to vomit looking at them....how did I let myself go like that??
Anyway, now I am glad that I have them even at only three months out and down 65 pounds, the transformation is amazing...
I am proud of all of you guys and SO thankful for this board and everyone's positive attitude and support. Thank you to everyone!

If you noticed most of us are NOT smiling in our BEFORE pictures - and after seeing them I know I wasn't smiling, that's for sure!! My before picture was my big wake-up call that I said the same thing you did - How did I let myself get like that?
You're doing great and you're going to do great on your journey, too - I honestly don't think I would have done as well without these boards, tho - the support and encouragement that's out here is truly amazing.

Ok, here is my before and after pic. I am 10 pounds lighter now. I am around 150.
The night before surgery at 278...I was 291 before my 10 day liquid diet.
Me at around 160 in my size 6's....who would have ever thought.
I can't wait to see Dr. Boe next month for my 1 year check up. He wanted me to stay in the 160's since I am tall. Oh well....lol.
