Need a Great SF Pie recipe
SUPEr Easy!!
HEre it is!
Crust:
1 1/2 cup sugar-free cookie crumbs OR graham cracker crumbs ( I use oreos or chocolate cookies)
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In microwave-safe bowl melt butter. Add to crumbs and mix until well combined. Pat into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely.
Filling:
One 8-ounce pkg. reduced-fat cream cheese
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup Splenda Granular or Nature Sweet powdered ( I used less, taste it as you go)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
One 12-ounce container (3 cups) frozen whipped topping, thawed ( I use the free)
Chopped peanuts or cookie crumbs
Stir together cream cheese, peanut butter, Splenda, and vanilla until well mixed. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour into prepared pie crust and carefully smooth to edges. Sprinkle chopped peanuts or cookie crumbs on top for garnish. Cover tightly and chill overnight. OR you can drizzle with some melted sugar free chocolate chips!
I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate and EVERYONE loved this! NONE could tell it was sugar free!! Room temp it is more like a moose and chilled is more like a cheesecake consistency.

Liz,
Thanks so much for posting this! My soft spot is chocolate and peanut butter. I wish I had this before I made my experiment that I doubt the dogs would eat. I tried to scrimp on the peanut butter and I added Protien poweder to the crust. BIG mistake. I guess you learn from your mistakes.
I hope you soon write that cookbook I want to be first in line to purchase one!
Thanks again!
Kate

Kate - then you would LOVE PB2 - check out my reply to the post about baking supplies that Karen posted yesterday for where to get it. You can add it to ANYTHING and it would be great in this crust!
You can also use it to make chocolate peanut butter balls/eggs/cups - Think LEGAL reeces! Mix PB2 and water with a little splenda to right consistency, refrigerate overnight. Roll into balls and dip in melted sugar free chocolate chips - refridgerate until set - OMG they are sooooooooooooooooo good!

Easiest pie in the world!!
1 pie crust (I use pillsbury fridge dough- it comes with 2 pieces)
1 can of Lucky Leaf Sugar free apple or cheery pie mix
1 piece of pie dough for the top
1 egg and a tiny bit of water= egg wash
Diet. Sweet and cinny
Put the bottome piece of pie dough in a pie dish, and then pour in the lucky leaf pie mixture. Top with the piece of pie dough on top.. Make sure you put a slit in the center of the pie to let it steam. Then crimp the sides together. Beat the egg and water together and then bru**** over the top of the pie dough. Then mix together the DW and cinny and then sprinkle over the top. Cook unil it is done (the dough package gives the time).
Enjoy...
