I think they do. They have take out too and you can get the stuff to cook at home also. They have just a seafood counter.

I'm late but here's today's plan:

B: Chocolate Max Protein, coffee
S: cheddar cheese
L: Roast beef and provolone roll-ups, SF chocolate pudding
S: Half a Supreme Protein bar
D: chicken thigh simmered in diced tomatoes, zucchini, maybe a few bites of Dreamfield's pasta
S: Fage with blueberries (this is my late snack every night, but I can't help it, I love it!)

I am having a bad day. I didn't plan. Therefore......so far today....

B: Coffee
S: Hershey minature
L: Pasta Alfredo (yikes)
S: 2 hershey minatures
D: I have no idea.......(hopefully no more candy!!!)

L: Leftover Salmon and potato (didn't stay down) so just had liquids
S: yogurt
D: veggie medley garden burger on 1/2 light english muffin-can eat about 1/2 to 3/4
S: SF popsicle-got the new tropical flavors ( mmmmmmm pineapple)
