Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
Im so hungry and its killing me today. I know eating alittle more is ok at this point but man I could take a slice out of my arm for lunch.
B: cereal, halk skim half 2%
S: 1/4 turkey bacon sandwhich (leftover)
L: zuchinni souffle thingy. low carb, low fat.
S: cheese or yogurt
D: meatloaf, tater and green beans
S: protein shake with skim.
Id really like to eat everything in sight but im keeping my self in check!!! I have gotten ill 3 times in the past day off food i have had no problem eating drinking. Milk at night not mixed with something makes me sick, so does steak. Grrrr.
But im seriously craving potato pancakes, bleenies. LOL.
