I am here with you guys.  I am excited and dedicated to doing this.  Got my soup and everything i need as far as protien drinks.  i am ready.  I will check in tomorrow.

Thank You! It's been a wonderful year and I'm sure the best is yet to come.

I am right there with you all.  I made some yogurt shakes to add protein to tomorrow at work.  I also made some pudding and jello tonight.  I thawed some broth I had in the freezer.  I guess I will be okay.  I survived the three weeks of liquids post-op and didn't complain when I had to attend the church picnic where they had a barbecue and I had my cooler of pudding and protein shakes.  

I confess to some carb cheating today as well. 

I am so looking forward to getting this underway.
