S:  boiled egg white skipped this
L:  left over crustless pizza stupid spinach got stuck... I will spare you the details.  I will be on liquids for the next 24 hours...UGH!!!
S:  protein shake
D:  Healthy Choice Chicken Parmigiana dinner  protein shake

My body hurts from yesterday's gym workout so... I am either going to the park to walk or back to the gym to walk on the treadmill - dependes on the weather.  30 minutes bike/30 minutes treamill

Here is my plan for today.  I have been sticking to my daily food goals and I have seen a change on the scale, Yay me!  I am truly discovering that Carbs are the reason that I was at a stall and I need to keep it under control in order to get to my goal.

B - Decaf Coffee w/ creamer
      Muscle Milk light chocolate flavor (14 oz)

S - 1 scoop of GNC pro performance in plain Silk light

L - Provolone & pepperoni roll ups and sf jello

S - Muscle Milk chocolate flavor (14 oz)

D - 1 scoop of Elite Dyzamite whey protein

My Wednesday went downhill after 3 pm....work problems, financial issues, and other stuff keptcreeping in and causing me not to focus on me.   

I'm taking steps to organize the financial problems. And will schedule time on my calendar for my planning and solitude to work on me (meal planning, beck dec,etc)

Liz, the drive thru was calling my name yesterday.
