Such good advice here! Seriously, we all felt those nerves. But...for me the clincher was seeing my 'before' photos...no denying that things were not where I wanted them to be!

i know your nervous. i am almost 5 weeks out.   you are doing it for your health  and to have a better life. hang in there. you wont regret it
