Thank you, Laura. It is amazing, that this is the best I've felt for a long long time and all of you on here can certainly relate.

It's a joy to feel so healthy and so young and to have met so many wonderful people during these last 2.5 years.

I am feeling pretty darn good and hope to continue that way for many years.

I'm on my way to Asheville, NC with a friend , to Biltmore Estate. I hear it is a great place to visit and will be a beautiful ride through Blue ridge Mountains.

Yesterday, I celebrated with some friends for a birthday brunch and with my family for dinner.

The Biltmore Estate is pretty cool. I was there quite a few times as a child. You are back in my home state which I miss terribly! LOL
