getting so much better with the protein:

B:  EAS Protein drink
L:  grilled chicken and pintos
S: string cheese
D:  grilled chicken and veggie salad-lots of yummy veggies and avacado
S: 1 sugar free chocolate, maybe 1/2 protein shake
