August Cooking Class / Support Group!

Hi Liz - you are currently on my calendar and I am trying to get hubby to come as well - as he does ALL the cooking!  Want to know what to bring!  Can't wait to finally meet you!!!!!!

I would love to come too your cooking class but I don't drive and my sister drives me every where if you have one next month can you  tell me when so my sister can make it too.
I have lost 173  pounds
I had my surgery 3 years ago but I had a stroke  in 97 and I didn't think I could have  the surgery but I did 3 years ago I can do all the exciseing and walking like you are too do but I try.
so please let me know if there is a cooking class in Oct.
