The Shirataki Noodles used as a Spaghetti substitute was great.  I couldn't tell the difference except for the texture.

Here's what I ate today.

B:  PB on toast
L:  melted cheese on pocketless pita, tomatoes and cucumber
S: granola bar
D:  curry chicken, tofu and veggies
S:  fruit

S: DD Large Coffee with Milk/Splenda
L: 3/4 c cottage cheese
S: nothing
D: crockpot stew (version of Karen's recipe) only ate the beef, carrots and green beans, left potatoes for hubby)
S:  sf chocolate pudding

gave myself credit for resisting buying some junk at checkout at AC Moore because I was starved and waited way too long for lunch even though the chocolate covered raisins where calling my name.
