Good Rainy Morning All - sounds like it is going to be a yucky day, but we do need the rain!

Today has me at wor****il 4 then off to the chiropractor and a quick stop at the grocery store. That's all that I have planned - home to do some paperwork. Exciting huh?

Hi all,

Still recovering from Shingles.  I found out that Lavendar essential oil works wonders for pain and relaxing the nerves in the area.  So, doing better.  I think I will wrap it up and go to knitting club today.  I am starting on a scarf and I need to learn how to carry colors so I don't have alot of dangling threads.  I'll be working with four colors.  I won't stay long.  I just need help getting started.  After that is done, I will think of another winter item to make.  Maybe I will take a sock class!  I love socks in the winter.

My exercise has flown the coupe this summer.  Fall is looking more encouraging.  I have that fashion show the end of October.  I just may wear my black dress for that and not worry about it.  I have my eye on a nice dress but it's $90.  I don't know if it will fit.  I have to get it on line. Anyway, so much for that.  I got my room reservations.  I went ahead and got me a room with two beds just in case my husband poops out on me and then I will have a bed for someone who wants to share.  We shall see.

I guess that's it for now.

Happy Thursday.. this week is draaaaaaaaaggggggggggginnnnnnnnnnnnnng.  I thought it was a short one.

Good morning everyone !

Today has me at wor****il 3:30 and then errands. I need to pick up a few things at the grocery store and hit the pharmacy.  That's about it for me.

Once I'm home, I'll do some straightening up, some exercise and maybe some laundry.   I'm off tomorrow, but unfortunately, I have to get up just as early as a regular work day.  I'm taking SO's Mom into the city for a procedure.  I'm sure it will be joyful driving into Center City on a Friday morning....ughhhh......

Im beyond tired this morning but another day at work calls. After work home to make dinner and relax. Im hoping to get to bed before 9 pm tonight. Last night was not an early night and im not happy about it!!!

I have to get some laundry done at some point but i really have no desire to do it!!

Today has me counting down the minutes til I take the kids to the bus stop and then I am heading back to bed for an hour, after that it is off to the gym for my first Zumba class.
Then home to make dinner up for the family and then working from 3:30 until midnight.

Good morning all - I'm at work today but wasn't sure I was going to make it after last night - tried yet again to eat beef cubes in gravy and again they got stuck - will I ever freaking learn?? YES - that is the LAST time for those. Ended up in bed at 7:30 and slept thru til this morning - thankfully no foamies this time, but that horrible stuck feeling was with me til about 3:00 AM. Blech.

After work we have to pick mom up from the hospital - she has dr appts this afternoon and a wonderful neighbor is taking her - then we pick up the pup from doggy daycare and head on home. I'm anticipating a very quiet night tonight to rest up from last night (those episodes always wash me out). Busy weekend ahead so I need to get my rest in now.

Weird weather - only 59 this morning? Raining when I first got up - sunny when I came into work. Hmmm...and Micky D's messed up my morning coffee - think they forgot the sf vanilla syrup! Should have stayed home and in bed - LOL!!

Good morning - nothing to exciting for me today - working until 3:15 - then blissfully NOTHING planned this evening.  The girls want to sleep at their grandfather's house tonight, which is a double-edged sword because that means that I do not have to fight with them to get them to bed at their bed-time,however, it also means that I know they are NOT going to go to bed at their bedtime because Zayde (their grandfather) is such a pushover.  I think I will see what the day holds and make the decision later in the day.

That is it - also, if they are not home, I can get to the pool without any guilt of leaving my son in charge - he doesn't have a lot of patience these days for his sisters.  And, believe me, I understand as I don't have a lot of patience for his sisters either! :)

My paper if done. I'm printing it now to put my three ring binder together. 39 written pages 36 pages of charts, graphs, and statistical data that prove my hypothesis. Now to impliment this and create my business play to actually happen in the next 3-5 yrs...

I'm late going into work this morning I have my final appt with my surgeon prior to surgery. This is it 5 days to surgery...

After doctor, to work till 4, then to class to present this paper. Just have some tweeking to the power point when I get to work.
