Three years ago today...

Thank you everyone!!  It was one hell of a week and I never made it on here yesterday.  The last three years have been amazing..Its had its good times and bad...but I know that everything we go though serves a purpose and makes us the people we are.   I have my health back, my blood work is perfect, I am doing things I havent done in years...if ever at all.  I promoted to my purple belt in karate this morning and the head Sensei told me that he could see me as an instructor in the future.  Who would have thought that 3 years ago??  Not only am I stronger and healthier physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well.  I have the most amazing friends that I love beyond words and a strong support system (that would be all of you btw LOL) and I have an amazing life which I am enjoying immensely.  I have always been a strong woman, but now I am not afraid to stand up and show that strength....and I can kick some serious ass to boot
