Sticking to the Basics - Monday (MENU POST)

I'm a"little" late today.  I am working at a remote office and on feet all day.  Weekend good, except was hubby's birthday and had some wine with dinner (although I knew I would so I planned it)

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Large Coffee with Milk/Splenda
L: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: nada
D: garlic shrimp/snow peas wtih dreamfields pasta
S: greek yogurt with starbucks caramel syrup

I am beat and have to return there tomorrow . . . 

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
