Bowel obstruction symptoms? Help!

I am 2 1/2 years post op. I have had nausea, intermittent abdominal pain and diarrhea for about 15 hrs. I thought I had a bug or maybe ate something that didn't agree with me. But now that it has gone on so long, I am thinking this may be worse than I thought. Am I overreacting?

I went to the ER. They only did blood tests. Said everything was fine. But I am still having pain and diarrhea after I eat. I am scheduled to see Dr. Boe tomorrow.

I had this for well over a week. The Dr did some blood test and a stool test and everything was ok then the day I was supposed to follow up with the Dr...it was gone. When I did call my surgeon they said that I should see my family Dr. It was horrible and thank God it's gone. It might be nothing but you should still call just in case.
