Wednesday Excercise

Good Morning PA!
I did an intense hour on the Elliptical and will be walking on my lunch and breaks weather permiting. I am going to start challenging myself and go out running twice a week starting tomorrow. So what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Morning Shilpa.. good luck with the running.  I am still working my way up to that.. not sure if I enjoy it.

Today, I will go to the gym and get on the recumb or spin bike for 30 mins.  Then, it's Rocco day.  We will do shoulders, biceps and abs

Good Morning Shilpa and Lisa,

Good luck on the running. I always hated running now I actually crave it. It's hard but very rewarding.

Yesterday I had to skip my workout because I was not feeling well. Today I'll run on the treadmill for 3 miles.

Hoping to make it to a Step class later, and I'm also doing a ton of walking, as I'm in New York again today.  Yesterday was 14,000 steps!!!

I know I'm a day late in posting but I did get to Curves yesterday afternoon for a very good work-out - even used their 'eliptical' machines this time - something I have always avoided because of my knees, but I seemed to do okay with them...
