This is my first time doing this. This is what I plan to eat today.

B: 1/2 egg and cheese croisant/ coffee
S: 1/2 egg and cheese croisant
L: turkey and cheese lunchable
S: banana
D: turkey wing and green beans

L: shrimp & salad
S: not sure, out of dried edamame which is my go to snack
D: stuffed peppers, me thinks --- or something else with ground beef
S: tea with ff half & half

Found a Zumba class that I'm starting tonight --- we'll see how it goes.
