Good Morning ALl!

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: nothing
L: chicken soup
S: cheddar cheese
D: not sure - steak maybe
S: chocolate pudding with PB

morning (all freakin day) sickness hunted me down over the weekend and attacked, I am eating what I can as I can but it isn't much unfortunately...

Ok - really getting back on track.  Here is my plan:

M1:  EAS protein shake after workout
M2:  scramble egg with a a turkey sauage patty
M3:  salad with chicken, boiled egg white, 8 olives and red onion slivers, good seasons dressing
M4:  small apple
M5:  Teriyaki chicken with TVP mock fried rice
M6:  Strawberry/banana smoothie

Sounds like a lot, huh?  1,194 calories says TDP.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Here's the plan...

B:  Jimmy dean's whole grain lite breakfast sandwich....about 3/4's of it.
S:  Greek yogurt with apple
L:  Turkey, avocado and lettuce on that bible bread (cant remember the name) and a tomatoe
D:  coconut and curry tofu, chicken and veggies
S:  peach "baked" with brown sugar splenda

Its actually very good...very filling and very healthy.
