Not my invention, a lot of people have posted this one before, but its good enough to repeat:

1 Individual Serving Greek Plain Yogurt

1 Tablespoon of your favorite sugar free Jam

4 Teaspoons Jell-o Instant FF/SF Pudding and Pie Filling, (just the powder nothing added to it)

Mix up togethor until its no longer gritty and has an even consistency. Enjoy immediately, or it will lose its flavor.

I used Oikos Brand Yogurt, Schmuckers Sugar Free Blueberry Preserves, and Plain Jell-o Cheesecake Flavored FF/SF Pudding and Pie Filling.

It was 115 calories, 0 fat, 15 carb, 15 protein

It made me feel undeprived of something sinfully good.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

Just wanted to let you know, those individual containers don't have much room left to add anything, you may need to have a second empty container for mixing.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
