oh joy my first 'foamies'
 Sandra,
On Friday evening I had a reminder of who is in charge, my pouch! I was eating dinner and someone called me, so I figured I could talk on the telephone and eat, WRONG (now I know you might think that is rude, but my friends know I'm always on the run and have understood if I do such a thing), so guess what, at 2 years out, I still occasionally get an episode of foamies, but usually in relation to a food that my pouch does not like, or eating too fast/not chewing properly. The good thing in my mind is knowing it still works!
At the stage you are in, it is not unusal to have such events, it's a learning experience, but seems like you handled it fine.
Best wishes, Laureen

Hi Sandra - sorry to hear that you had the foamies.  I swear by Papaya Enzyme tablets.   I had chicken stuck one time and I took two of these little babies and I was better in 5 minutes !
You can get them at GNC and some pharmacies have them in the vitamin section. They have a nice fruity flavor and are chewable. My boyfriend even uses them sometimes in a pinch when he is out of Tums and he says it helps with heartburn/indigestion.
