Congratulations on the smoking!!!!!

I saw my PCP this morning, he is very happy with my progress in these last 6 weeks.

I can't believe it but he actually asked me if I would consider speaking to some of his patients he believes would benefit from WLS but are too afraid to have it. I told him to let me know when and where I would be very willing and happy to speak to his patients.

He also asked Gene if he'd be willing to give some talks on WLS and longevity of keeping the weight off.

I'm getting ready to fire up the treadmill to take my walk.

The rest of the day I'll do some reading and writing for my classes.
