B = scrambled egg

S = protein shake w/ skim milk

L = 1/2 c. roasted pork tenderloin with homemade SF barbecue sauce (yesterday's leftovers) - actually a little less than 1/2 cup total.

S = 1/5 oz almonds (200 calories)

S = 8 oz. skim milk

D (will be late tonight) = crock pot chicken breast with salsa and black beans
