I've done some work with Northeast - they hosted their accreditaiton visit last spring. Nice place!

My teaching and administrative years were all in Michigan. When I remarried, hubby's business brought me east...and here I am!

I am here at work tired as anything! I hit the snooze a few too many times and made myself late - oops. Today is work 'till 4, chiropractor, home to make dinner and pack for Cookie Weekend at my Mom's - I'll go straight after work tomorrow.

I can almost see friday afternoon if I stand on my tippy toes!

I have an 8am Dermatologist appt. this morning. I made this appt. months ago and forgot it was so early. Guess this can be a practice run for going back to work Monday.

Still working on those two final papers for Monday in addition to the regular weekly homework.

Why do I bother? Someone remind me why I have support group meetings and no one shows up?  Why is the conference room always a mess and our water is never delivered??  I get the feeling this door is closing for me and maybe I need to move on.  Then again, I can't.  Just in case someone decides to come.  I may move the meeting out of the hospital if they continue to offer an unclean environmrnt.  Not sure. 

Anyway, today I have a meeting with the job developer for experience works.  They keep trying to put me in jobs I have no desire to do, i.e. McDonald's etc.  I feel like they are treating me like I'm uneducated and missing some mental abilities putting it nicely.

Ok ok, I am bumbed to the max.  Hubby tells me I can't take the NC job but he can take any job anywhere.  Maybe that's a guy thing.  

Paula - hang in there! My support group took a long time to get off the ground. Keep advertising! Word will spread. You are also in a sparse area up there so I am sure that makes it harder.

Good luck with the job developer today... I'd kick hubby - you've followed him all over now it's his turn!

I've been on a roll this week, getting up early (wee hours a couple days 3 a.m.) but getting a great start with work, allowing me to finish up early and get lots of house stuff done - YAY!  Energy seems to be abundant suddenly, and I'm LOVING it!

I ordered new dinnerware (Temp-tations Old World) from QVC last week and got them yesterday.  They're so beautiful!  It's the first time I've had dinnerware/ovenware to match (yes, I ordered ovenware too - LOL).  I can't wait to use my beautiful dishes on Thanksgiving!

That's one thing I cannot wait to do....... Have beautiful matching dinnerware! With kids, it's pointless to have anything expensive and things get broken so although everything I have matches, it's still not a "set" and it's inexpensive stuff.

Once all my rugrats are grown, I want a nice BIG set and I want to have a full set of glasses to drink from, not a cupboard full of plastic cups and sippy cups! LOL

so my corelle set doesn't count? lol

Those are nice AND durable! I have this set from Pier One that was on clearance and I JUST HAD TO HAVE.

Yeah well, every plate has nicks, I only have 2 of those bowls left, and I should of just went to Walmart and got Corelle. they have nice looking sets and you can drop those and they don't break like these damn one I have.

Ok, don't ranting. I find the stupidest stuff to go off about! LOL

Debbie - I just checked out the temp-tations old world set on QVC.  Love it !  What color did you get ??
