Checked it out. Was surprised at all the nice sets they have. But I got distracted by the Dora the Explorer 3 piece dinner set. I guess I am not really ready for "grown up" place settings yet. LOL. Still to "toddler/child" oriented!

LOL - Since I'm an empty-nester now, I guess I classify as a "grown up" for sure - lol - I almost ordered the Snowman tea set, though, for when my granddaughter and I have our tea parties, but I spent too much on the dinnerware - lol

My daughter has the Cutest little Tea set. She has a pink table with butterflies on it, a pink kitchen/stove set and tons of food. I FINALLY got her kitchen/table area set up last night since our move. So this evening, I am positive we will be having coffee (that's what she prefers, LOL) and snacks on the table setting. I will try to have to get a few pics. She is so funny!

Good Morning Pa!

I am BARELY awake this morning. Two coffees so far. I slept good, I think. Still having trouble getting motivated this morning.

I am at wor****il 4:30 today. It's a fairly light day of patient appts, so that will give me some down time to work on some school work. I am so glad I am able to do that, because quiet time at home is few and far between.

This evening, Beef Stew for the family. Omelette for me. I hate beef stew! I will get some reading done for my English class and just enjoy the fact I have no class this evening.

Hey all -

Dreary morning....but that's ok - one step closer to the weekend, right??

Today has me at work til 3:30.  Then I'll hit the grocery store on the way home.  Tonight will be some more packing with some laundry thrown in for good measure.  I like to do the laundry during the week so that I'm not stuck on the weekends hanging around waiting for the dryer to shut off.

That's about it for me.

Good Morning All,
This morning has me ready to make my weekly trek to Salisbury Md, to nanny for my grandchildren.  I am headed right into the storm. (great)  Getting closer to surgery, and sleeping is not so good, so maybe a nap after I get there, as my daughter has finished up nursing my granddaughter, hung in there long enough for her to get the antibodies for the H1N1 shot transferred to baby Delhia.  So  now tonight is her first party nite, meaning going out with a bunch of nurse friends, the scary thing for me is she hears the drinks calling her.  I have made her promise not to drive.  I think one of the girls is married to a state trooper, hopefully he will be the designated driver.  Have a good day everybody.

Good morning all - I"m at work - just finished b'fast and am sipping my sf van iced coffee - yum.

Hubby and I had a lovely dinner last night @ Legal Seafoods - double YUM!! They even had a decadent sugar free chocolate mousse dessert that we got 'on the house' because we were celebrating our anniversary and I am proud to say that we only got one and shared it, and couldn't finish that. But it was a lovely time out (we don't get those often w/my mom) so we relaxed and enjoyed it.

Today hubby is off to take mom for her chemo treatment, then this afternoon he has a dr appt with his cardiologist (just his normal check-up). Tonight mom wants to go get her hair colored and cut so we'll do that.

Other than that probably a quiet day for me...hope everyone has a great day!!

ps: Heard yesterday that my younger sister may be traveling in to spend Thanksgiving with us - haven't seen her in a few years - it will be nice for my mom and I will be nice while she's there.
