***Soggy Saturday Roll Call****
Good Morning PA and everyone. I spent yesterday at Jefferson doing pre-admid testing and went to the cardio at 11th and walnut and now I have to go back monday to do a stress test, echo and the thing they do on your neck with the ultra sound. I am so ticked off if they the stupid office would have told me they needed a recent run of tests done I could have done them at Holy Redeemer now I have to go all the way back downtown monday and I am also suppose to testify in court against a DUI so how am I going to be 2 places at once? Hopefully when I call monday and explain it to the court they may not need me? I couldn't be that lucky could I and if I don't do these tests they will postpone my shoulder surgery this thursday! I am so ticked God forbid they would have told me 3 weeks ago I needed this done! I don't want to be newly out of surgery for Thanksgiving. And then the Rothman Insitute loaded me up with a hugh bulky shoulder sling which looks like a S&M sex toy and an icepack where you put a plastic sort of sling on your shoulder load a container with water and ice run a hose from the icepack to the container and plug it into an outlet and hopefully I don't zap myself as my hair is frizzy enough as it is. As far as the sugar I know this sounds crazy but I purposely do not walk down the candy aisle or get near it. My theory is if its not in the cart it won't make it in the house. I try. Today has me doing laundry and stuff around the house and tomorrow has me riding Cassidy as I know once I have the surgery it will be awhile so as long as I don't gallop all over the place I am fine. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Everybody have a good day.
