Shivering Sat Rollcall
Loading up the car, getting the kids ready for the ride to the Airport, destination=Disney. We can freeze there as well as here I guess. Everything is ready. I just hope I feel better real soon. I think this is gona be one long week. Seeing things through the eyes of a child is always great. See you all in about eight days. Have a good week.
Ena
up and getting ready for synagogue..
I need to stop at Walgreen's for some vitamins and a few other things, also need to stop at a friend's house to pick up some Pampered Chef stuff I had sent to her with a party she did for me months ago.. oops..
Home to rest for a bit, then back to our "Friday night friends'" house.. Their names are David and Sarah by the way.. LOL. We are going to babysit so they can go refrigerator shopping and out to dinner. They totally deserve time alone and they do soooo much for me, so I have no problem at all watching their 3 kids for a few hours. Just happy that Siehara is there with me.. she really helps a lot!
That's our day today.. have fun everyone and stay warm.
Today is going to be a kind of lazy day. Tomorrow will be REALLY lazy day. :-)
This morning I have to run to Walmart and Target and get a couple things, then drop off a folding table to the Girl Scout Cookie mom for our upcoming cookie booth. Then this afternoon I have to meet my Pampered Chef consultant to close my show I did and then drop things at the Goodwill. In the middle, I am cleaning out my closet and taking the advise of my dear friends Jen and Debi and Pattie and Angel, who all say everything I am wearing is TOO BIG and I need to get into thinner girl mode when it comes to clothes.
Tonight, my kidlet and I are snuggling in and watching movies in our jammies!
Back to work Monday. Winter break was way too short.
Ena---have a great time at Disney!!!
I got up a little before 6am today. The one cat likes to walk on my so I'll pet him around that hour. Then Paul woke up with a headache, so I had to get up to get him his meds and ice packs. Just finished an hour on the treadmill, which felt good. Been far too long since I had any 'formal' exercise.
Nothing planned for today. I don't much feel like venturing out in the cold, so I may just stay put at home. Maybe I'll bake some oatmeal cookies with regular sugar for Paul.
Have a great day, all!
Ena have an awesome time in Disney!
Today I overslept. I planned to be up at my normal time, but didn't get up till almost 9. I have soooooooooooooooo much homework to get done, I have 3 papers due on Monday, a project due on Monday, and hour long presentation with power point due on Monday.....Hopefully it will be done
I'm also debating either spending an hour only on the treadmill or getting my shower going to the gym then an hour on the treadmill, can you tell I'm procastinating on the homework....
I have a pair of boots I need to return to Boscov's that I bought online. Just do not like them, not as cool looking in person, so if Gene gets his paper done today maybe after church tomorrow he'll take me to boscovs'. I know where Boscov's is in NJ, but wanted to stay closer to home. I think there is a Boscov's in the Neshamney mall but not sure. If he isn't done his paper, then I'll take them to work with me next week and venture over to NJ where I know Boscov's is and where I know where to drive.....I really have to stop depending on Gene to get me around Philly

hope everyone stays warm and has a great day....

So, I have been up, showered, dressed, out of the house and back and it is only 11 AM. UGH - it is going to be one of those days. Had to pick up Molly from a friends house, take her to a school for a City Year - group, brought Emily with me and stopped by Weigh****chers to see everyone - that was CERTAINLY an ego boost - bought a new food scale, mine broke last week, came home, did the dishes, ran the dishwasher and made fun of friends on facebook....(That was the best part BTW! ) I am home for a few moments, heading out again to take Emily to Dance class, back home to pick up Josh, drop him at his girlfriends house, have to do the bills, pick up a few things and then pick up Josh from his girlfriend's and then to get Molly at the school thing she is at. Than god the Eagles are on tonight, It will make sure that my butt is in the house!
Stay warm and cozy everyone! Hope it is a niced Saturday!
I slept in till 7:30, then hit the gym for 90 minutes of working out.
Groceries ont he way home.
Now realizing the tile samples have to go back to the store today...we are getting an estimate on Monday to replace the hideous sea green tile surround on our fireplace and new kitchen and bathroom flooring. I am taking up some of the same icky tile in the kitchen and will use a top of the line Mannington floor - I know, tile is the trend right now but I don't like it. It's hard, cold, and this particular tile is UGLY!
Choices for the afternoon "what to do" are endless. We may also get a rug for the dining room - one on sale at Costco with a coupon is the perfect size. Might go see a movie. Might toss in some laundry - have 2 loads of "too big" clothes I need to wash and press for consignment. I can hardly wait to get them out of the house! But....my closet is getting fairly lean these days!
I'll also be making some calls re: a funeral luncheon on Wednesday for the family of a dear friend who passed away yesterday. The family is having the luncheon catered, but asked for some help with serving and set up and the like. It's a sad occasion but many will want to help in some way.
Enjoy the blue sky, everyone!
