some thoughts

So I can't sleep I thought I would write post! and also share that I posted few days ago blog on my blogger page here is the link www,blogspot.nickelos.com

Oh new thing now my face is starting to break out why!!!!! I went out and got some Noxzema I use to use that when I was my teens it helped so I hope it dose this time as well, is this normal to get break outs? I never even in my teens had break out issues

if all goes well this up coming week I will have some good new to share that hopefully will get me out of this slump

I have had problems with adult breakouts for years. My dermatologist recommends washing 3x per day with a soap such as Purpose or Cetaphil. I also have a prescription face cream which goes on under my moisturizer at night and really does the trick. Over the counter stuff has never worked for me, so just keep in mind that there are a number of prescriptions that can help with this!
