L:  Homemade Thai chicken, tofu and veggies...yummo!
S:  yogurt
D:  Homemade tuna cassarole
S:  nsa wegmans fudgepop...yummy!!

Lots of decaf and water.

OK, damage from 2 parties over weekend wasn't bad.  11 days before my cruise, 20 before my plastic surgery so need to buck up:

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee
L: cottage cheese
S: dried edamame
D: chicken and snow peas
S: tea

104 lbs lost now Maintenance BABY!!!!
