Thumping Tuesday Workout Thread

I danced around the house, doing techno beatbox and singing songs to the cat for 20 minutes. Then I finally sat down to watch some TV.

Then I don't feel so bad for singing "All the Single Ladies" in a chipmunk voice while dancing and pretending I am a Chipette.
