Nobody will ever give you crap about working out to the best of your ability.
Nothing wrong with knowing your limits. Pressing yourself beyond them can sometimes negatively impact you emotionally and physically.
I swear the better quality equiptment the harder the workout, would have never guessed!

I have been doing it off and on for years, it's strange I workout but never lose enough weight! Everyone is different. You need to do what you are capable of, some days it may be alot others when your disease is kicking , not so much. Listen to your body.. I also think that changing up makes a big difference. Good luck and keep posting, it makes you WANT to get it done.
