Thursday "Not Exercising" Thread
Sorry to read about your injury Norm. It sucks big time - I can relate. This was my first full week of PT and I can't say that I really like it and I can't say that I see a big difference with my knee issue but the IT Band is getting better. I have three more weeks until I can start doing anything on the treadmill or elliptical. This is what everyone has told me, "Step back, relax and let your body heal." I hate that but they are right.

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
