Almost 8 months since the big day

Well, I read the posts here almost daily, and have gathered alot of info from everyone here even though I dont share that often, its a guy thing I guess, but as I approach the 8 month mark I just wanted to throw out an update.  This past week my gall bladder decided that it no longer liked being with me so it was removed the other day, but that being the only real issue i have had since my RNY I feel really blessed.  I started my journey at 330lbs, and have a current weight of 186lbs.  Thanks to everyone that does share here because I'm sure there are alot like me who take all the advice thats offered.

I am glad you shared and glad to see more guys posting.  Like you I have learned a lot by all the knowledge shared on the message boards.  Your weight loss journey is amazing and I am sure you are proud.
