***Snowy Saturday Roll Call***
It's 11:30 so I am barely able to qualify to say "good morning" but I just made it!
I've been out to the gym and back...missed 3 days this week because of the snow. Our street still looks like a snow tunnel. It felt good to work out for an hour.
Last night we had an early Valentine's dinner with 3 other couples from church. They do not know I had surgery but I am always aware that people watch what I eat! (Some are suprised I eat at all!) We went to Red Lobster so it was easy for me to order --tilapia, broccoli, a little bit of baked potato.
Much to do today...teaching a class at church tomorrow so have to prepare that, the house is kind of a wreck (for me anyway) so need to clean up, do laundry, and maybe venture out to Walmart or the mall to check on some new baking dishes. Mine have definintely seen better days (what isn't broken anyway).

Afternoon everyone...
Today I am working 6a-6p on the ambulance and then off to a social gathering with some of Erin's friends. The kids are going to my sister-in-law's house for the night, so it will be nice to hang out with just adults for once. I also need to try and get somewhere to get something for Erin for Valentine's Day. Anyone want to be my personal shopper???
Tomorrow we need to pick-up the girls, maybe do breakfast with them and then church. In the afternoon we are mixing the dough for the fastnachts. My mom, my uncle and I took over my grandmother's tradition of making fastnachts for friends and family each year. I don't remember how many dozen we make but its a lot! I'll post pictures maybe. Monday morning commences the frying of the donuts first thing in the morning and then I work at 3pm.
It will be an action packed couple days, hope you all have a good weekend...
