Kinda missed this thread today - so here is today and tomorrow

Today:

B: one scrambled egg
S: protein shake with 2 strawberries
L: w oz shrimp salad (from bareatriceating.com website) and 3 oz sf pudding
S: protein shake with 1/2 small banana
D: 2 oz meatball with marinara to moisten
S: SF vanilla egg custard

Sunday:

B:  one scrambled egg
S:  protein shake with berries
L: 2 oz tuna salad with lite mayo
S: protein shake
D: not sure yet, bean soup probably
S: vanilla egg custard
