Sinus Infection OTC Medicine

Well hello friends.....  It has been a while since I posted.  I am "supposed" to be flying to Indy in the morning weather permitting.  I was up all night with sinus drainage, I know UCK!  I have so much pressure in my head, any advise on OTC medicine that are ok with my tummy.  How about Sudafed?  I am waiting for my MD's office to open at 10am, thought I would try this fin the mean time.  Thanks for your help!!

Sudafed, any of the tylenol products, mucinex is wonderful, claritin, if you can afford to be drowsy Bendryl.
