once again thank you all for your suggestions and input things to look at when i am ready..

I am going to a friends friday and she asked if I could have it and I was thinking no, but wanted to check and honestly wasnt really planning on trying it.. I have lost my appeal for most things sweet.. the only thing I really would love is a iccee slushie.. so I make my own with crystal light or SF koolaid.. but you know this summer it would be nice if 7-11 or sheetz.. came up with some SF ones.. Im just saying LOL..

Rita's makes sugar free ice and it is down right addictive!!! I can't wait for them to open!

Susan do you find that this gets rock hard or does it stay softer like "real" ice cream?

I usually eat it right away if I have to freeze it, yes it gets rock hard but I let it sit out about 20 minutes & its fine

Oh and another alternative that HG had posted a while ago - peel and freeze a banana. Take it out and whir it up in the magic bullet or food processor and voila - ice cream!
