Sticking to the Basics - Monday
I'm going to join the "sticking to the basics crew" today. I haven't been entirely pleased with my eating lately and have been in a stall. Time to get it together, eat clean and break this stall !
B: cottage cheese
S: nectar twisted cherry protein drink
L: greek yogurt w/SF pudding powder & strawberries
S: nectar twisted cherry protein drink
S: 1/2 protein bar (pre-gym)
S: 1/2 protein bar (post-gym)
D: baked chicken breast
S: green/red peper strips w/ a little hummus or light ranch dressing

lots of water - all vitamins - pilates
