all vitamins

B: Decaf coffee with Davinci S/F Hazelnut flavored milk /30 minutes later 2 oz. Smoked Pastrami with 1/2 Grapefruit

S: 2 Babybel Lite Cheeses

L: Tossed Salad with 2 oz. Smoked Pastrami and Newsman's Lite Asian Ginger Dressing

S: Cottage Cheese Pizza

D: Talapia stuffed with lobster and shrimp
