PS help and pouch test help

So i have about 9lbs to lose and my new pcm will give me my referral for plastics.

VERY exciting!! How in the world do i pick one!!! I am seriously considering coming back to PA and getting it done!! I have been looking online at different ones here in my area and I just dont know. IS there a national list of good plastics docs?? Im thinking it would not hurt to get a couple consults.

Also I think I am going to do the 5 day Pouch test. Is anyone willing to give it a try with me?

I would venture onto the FL and PS boards here and see if anyone has any local reccomendations. You could also try to call a local hospital that does WLS and see if they have anyone that they like to work with.

Good luck with the 5DPT! If no one volunteers (or even if they do) feel free to post it on the sticking to the basics thread to keep accountable! We can certainly support you. I would take the plunge but I have to eat MORE! lol

thats great Tayna, you'll do fine, Just do allot of protein and keep away from the whte carbs, and the pouch test will make you feel better too.....it will jump start you....I have my plastics done on May l7, up at ghp with Moya, I am trying to loose another l0 or so too, each day is a battle.....
