Tuesday Exercise Thread!

Good Morning All -

Today I will go to the gym and do elliptical hard for 20 minutes, weights for 30 minutes and finish up with a 10-20 jogging/running on the  treadmill.  I'll also try to throw in a little ab work in there somewhere.  I suppose there is probably no hope for the tummy since I have a lot of excess skin, but I figure it's still good for keeping my core in shape and will definitely be a good thing if I ever get plastic surgery.

Today's another Zumba day (shocking, I know). It may even be a double Zumba day, depending on how ambitious I'm feeling.

Yay!  I ran yesterday... well, kind of.  Better than nothing I guess.  Today I will ride the bike for 20 before my physical therapy.  PT is usually an hour and twenty - that is all I have time for today.

Finally got the ok to resume exercising yesterday!
Warning to start slow.....25 min treadmill1.5 miles
                                       2.5 min elliptical (have to work that back up there)                         8 min arms video
Fells good to be back on track!

good morning, sounds like u had a great start to the day ! i just recently started going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. so im still at the starting a new habit stage of the game. i manage to go about 3 days a week id say. i usually do the treadmill, about 3 miles im up to, i do abs ALWAYS lol and nautilus then. im going to the gym tonite after hubby is home to be with the kids. but i have to say this cold and rain, kinda deters me from wanting to go outside.

I was wondering why you started the exercise thread today.... I happened to look below  it and now it know why. ..

hmmm... I am wondering why you aren't posting on here that  often,but as soon as Andy posts, you're all over it ???? 


I though ya'll we over this????

I have been starting these threads for quite some time.
