Tired of the same old breakfast? Try this refreshing treat that is very filling.
Put Jello in a blender or Magic Bullet. Add water and stir for 2 minutes so crystals dissolve all the way.
Add protein powder and blend for 2 minutes. Add Kool-Aid and blend for another 2 minutes, then add yogurt and Splenda to make it as sweet as you want. Use the whip or frappee speed to make the mixture creamy.
Pour into 4 oz portions, cover and chill in the freezer or refrigerator until set. When set the bottom is like jello and the top is creamy. If it tasted "grainy" you didn't blend it long enough. The combination of flavors is endless so experiment. Calories and carbs are low enough that you could eat the entire recipe for a very filling high protein breakfast.
